Overview
TRYSA, Inc. ("TRYSA", "we", "us") builds a business operating system for creative professionals. This policy describes what information we collect from customers and visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, please email privacy@trysa.app.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide (name, email, workspace details).
- Business content you store in TRYSA (clients, invoices, contracts, galleries).
- Payment details processed by our payments provider (we never store card numbers).
- Basic product analytics to help us improve TRYSA.
How we use information
We use your information to operate TRYSA, provide support, send transactional emails, and improve the product. We never sell your data.
Data retention
We retain workspace content for as long as your account is active. On deletion, content is removed within 30 days from primary systems and 90 days from backups.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from workspace settings, or by emailing privacy@trysa.app. GDPR and CCPA requests are honored.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Security page for full details.
Children's privacy
TRYSA is not intended for children under 16.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we'll email account admins and update the "Last updated" date above.
