AI Usage Policy

Effective 10 July 2026 (TRYSA v1.0). Applies to TRYSA AI, the Credit Centre and any AI-powered feature.

How TRYSA AI works

TRYSA AI streams responses from a third-party large language model (currently OpenAI). Prompts, conversation history and tool calls are transmitted to the provider to generate a response.

Credits and metering

Every AI request is server-metered against your Credit Centre balance. Credit consumption is calculated from actual token usage returned by the provider and recorded in an append-only credit ledger.

Content ownership

You own the prompts you write and the outputs generated on your behalf, subject to the provider's own terms. TRYSA does not train external models on your workspace data.

Acceptable use

Do not use TRYSA AI to generate illegal content, disinformation, targeted harassment, malware, or content that violates the provider's usage policies. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

Reliability

AI output can be wrong. Always verify AI-generated content — invoices, contracts, client communications — before acting on it.
