Terms of Service

1. Account

You must be at least 16 to use TRYSA. Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

2. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are stated in USD unless noted. Taxes may apply based on your location.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. Refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the content and business activity in your workspace, including compliance with local law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use TRYSA to harass others, send spam, host illegal content, or attempt to compromise the service. We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Intellectual property

You own the content you upload. We own the TRYSA product, brand and software. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to provide the service.

7. Third-party services

TRYSA integrates with services like Stripe, email providers and cloud storage. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

8. Warranty & liability

TRYSA is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRYSA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You can cancel any time from workspace settings. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
