Data Processing Agreement
For customers who need a signed DPA to satisfy GDPR requirements.
TRYSA offers a standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for customers who process personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland.
Requesting a DPA
Email dpo@trysa.app from the address associated with your workspace and we'll send our current DPA for countersignature.
Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors — including hosting, email delivery, payments and analytics — is included with the DPA and available on request.
Standard contractual clauses
Our DPA incorporates the 2021 EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Addendum for international data transfers.
